Automated Braiding & Loom Infrastructure
Our Ahmedabad facility houses multi-track heavy-duty interlock braiding machines, custom texturizing units, and automated coating dip lines. We process ultra-pure expanded graphite, virgin PTFE fibers, high-density ceramic yarns, and Aramid filaments with uniform tension and density.
Integrated Testing Center
Having our testing lab under the same roof allows continuous monitoring of carbon purity (verifying 99.48% to 99.85%), thermal degradation limits up to 750°C, and pressure resistance up to 200 Bars before any shipment leaves our facility.
